Vinification
Initiated at the star of the year after drying and maturation in stacked airy crates, then treated in conformity with the traditional “in white” system with skins, with daily pump-overs.
Refinement
In stainless steel vats.
Organoleptic properties
Vibrant golden yellow colour. intense and persistent aromas, fruity with notes of apricot, pineapple and honey. A sweet, warm, soft and persistent taste.
Temperature
14-16 °C.
Serving
Excellent with mature strong cheeses, with chutneys and mostarda, shortbread cakes and biscuits especially almond flavours but also as a meditative wine.
Alcohol
13,5% vol.
