Best sun exposed grapes hand picked and selected second half of September.
Vinification
Initiated end of January/February after drying and maturation in stacked airy crates, then treated in conformity to the traditional “in rosso” system for around 25-30 days with skins, with daily re-mounting.

Organoleptic properties
Vibrant and full ruby red reflective colour. Intense and excellent aromas, fruity with notes of cherry, and amareno cherry.
Temperature
18-20 °C.
Serving
Excellent with roasted or grilled red meats, particularly game and cheese.

16% vol.
