Vibrant and full ruby red colour. Medium consistency in glass with complex and very intense aromas, fruity with undertones of cherry and raspberry. Dry hot and soft tasting, elegant tannins, very persistent.
Excellent with pasta and meat sauces and roasted red meats and medium young cheeses.
