Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and other minor varieties*
Hand picked in September/ October.
Initiated in December/January after drying and maturation in stacked airy crates, then treated in conformity to the traditional “in rosso” system for around 25-30 days with skins, with daily re-mounting.
In oak casks
Vibrant and full ruby red reflective colour. Intense and excellent aromas, fruity with notes of cherry, and amareno cherry.
